How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive in 7–12 business days across Canada. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order within Canada.

Where do your products ship from?

Our products ship from our fulfilment partner's warehouse overseas, which is how we keep prices low. That's also why delivery takes a little longer than Amazon Prime.

Will I pay duties or extra fees at the door?

No. Taxes are collected at checkout and there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Something arrived broken or doesn't work. What now?

Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full. You don't need to send it back.

Can I return something I just don't want?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. See our Refund & Return Policy.

Will the faucet extender fit my tap?

It fits most kitchen faucets that have a screw-off aerator tip. If your tap is a pull-down sprayer or has no removable tip, it won't fit.

Can I buy refill filter bags for the sink strainer?

Refills are coming soon. Email us and we'll let you know when they're available.
